Geared Automatic Brake
Whitco's Geared Automatic Brake Dumbwaiters
are primarily used in restaurants, nursing homes, libraries,
schools, warehouses, clubs, government buildings and other
commercial applications.
Whitco's Geared
Automatic Brake units are manufactured in five standard sizes.
Special sizes to fit individual requirements and conditions are
also available. Whitco's
Dumbwaiters are furnished as complete units, including the machine
with roller bearings, hand wheel(s), 1A Birch hardwood veneer car with a
clear lacquered finish, car hardware, marlin clad wire hoist rope,
rope guides, 3/4" soft woven handrope, swivel rope connector,
cast iron or steel counterweights, clear douglas fir guide rails, assembly hardware
and spring bumpers.

with roller bearings, hand wheel(s), two roller bearing lead
sheaves, 1A Birch hardwood veneer car with a clear lacquered finish, car
hardware, 3/16" aircraft cable, rope guides, 3/4" soft woven handrope, swivel rope connector, cast iron or steel counterweights
with removable fillers for adjustment, clear douglas fir guide rails, assembly
hardware and spring bumpers. All shafts turn on
pre-lubricated roller bearings assuring long maintenance-free
operation
