Elevette
Residential elevators provide convenience for people who shouldn't
or don't want to climb stairs. They also add value and
prestige to homes. Elevators can be designed into new home
construction or added to existing homes. Inclinator
elevators require less space and can be installed in nearly any
home configuration.
The majority of our cars are made
using hardwoods and veneers. They can be finished in the
factory or in the field.

The CMR-450 model residential
elevator is CEMCOlift's best offering for a low cost, high quality
home elevator package. Its single speed roped hydraulic design
offers a 450lb capacity and a car speed of 30 feet per minute. The
CMR-450 is available in several cab designs and colors. A variety
of car door materials and fixture options to enhance the elevators
beauty and elegance in your home are available.

The CMR-750 model residential elevator is CEMCO lift's commercial
quality residential elevator package. Its two speed roped
hydraulic design offers a 750lb capacity and a car speed of 40
feet per minute. Optional features include: several cab designs
and colors, car door materials and colors, automatic doors, and
several fixture options to enhance the beauty and elegance of your
elevator.
