General Specifications
Workmanship: All work shall
confirm to the best accepted quality standards of the Elevator Industry
and CEMCOlift.
Doors: Shall be of hollow
metal, flush design construction, reinforced with continuous vertical
members, suitably sound-deadened, reinforced for the required operating
mechanism and complete with removable, adjustable nylon door guides.
Doors are to be faced with high pressure plastic laminate, with satin,
stainless steel binders.
Return Panels: Plastic laminate
stationary panel with cut-out provided for signal fixtures.
Lighting: Fluorescent strip lighting
mounted on ceiling above suspended aluminum frame with aluminum eggcrate.
Painted aluminum optional at additional cost.
Ventilation: Single speed exhaust fan
unit above ventilating grille.
Ceiling: Shall be constructed
of 14 gauge steel enamel. Emergency exit to be provided where
specified of a size to conform with local codes and reinforced to support
the weight defined by said codes.
Base: 4" plastic laminate or baked
enamel. Satin stainless steel finish optional at additional cost.
Entrance Columns & Transom: Stainless
steel - satin finish.
Handrail: 2" Stainless Steel, satin
finish on rear wall.
Finishes: Certificate frame, cutouts
and reinforcing for car and door operating equipment is included.
